End User License Agreement (EULA) for Ageless Living Mobile Application
Effective Date: February 18, 2025
Introduction This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement
between you (the “User”) and Ageless Living (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) governing your
use of our mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use
the App.
License Grant Ageless Living grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance
with this Agreement.
Restrictions You may not:
· Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
· Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
· Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
· Sell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the App to third parties.
User Data and Privacy The App does not store user data on external servers. All
personal health and wellness data entered into the App is stored locally on the User’s
device. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to Ageless Living servers or

Updates and Modifications We may update or modify the
App from time to time to enhance functionality, fix issues, or comply with legal requirements. You agree that we may provide automatic updates without prior notice.
Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you
violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete it
from your device.
Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind,
express or implied. Ageless Living disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not
guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ageless Living shall
not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary
damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada. Any disputes
arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of British
Columbia and the laws of Canada.
